Shipping & orders
?How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipping, plus 1–3 business days processing. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
?Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, Europe and more. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and method.
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
- Some countries restrict certain imports — please check your local rules before ordering.
?How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also log into your account and view order history, or email support@lightcyan-armadillo-664890.hostingersite.com with your order number.
?What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they’re unused, in original condition and packaging. ?Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — as long as it hasn’t shipped. Contact us immediately at support@lightcyan-armadillo-664890.hostingersite.com with your order number. Once shipped, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.
?Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Eco-friendly gift wrapping with a handwritten note — just choose the “Gift” option at checkout and add your message.
?Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?

?Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, using standard delivery. Note that expedited options may not be available for these addresses.
