30-day returns · Last updated: June 11, 2026We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is simple and fair. By purchasing from Goldoma, you agree to the terms below.
Return window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The window starts on the day you receive your order.
Eligibility
Eligible items
- In original, unused condition.
- With all original tags and packaging.
- Free from damage caused after delivery.
- Returned within 30 days of delivery.
Non-returnable
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Digital products (magazines & guides).
- Gift cards.
- Items marked “Final Sale”.
- Used, altered, or washed items.
All returns are inspected on receipt. If an item doesn’t meet our criteria, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
Return process
Contact us
Email returns@lightcyan-armadillo-664890.hostingersite.com with your order number and reason.
Get authorization
If approved, we’ll send an RA number and instructions.
Pack it
Pack securely with the RA number and your packing slip.
Ship it
Use a trackable method to the address provided.
Processing
After we receive your return, inspection takes 3–5 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds & exchanges
Refund method & timing
Refunds go to your original payment method, processed within 3–5 business days after approval. Your bank may take an extra 5–10 days to post it. Refunds include item price and applicable taxes; shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Follow the same steps and tell us you’d prefer an exchange. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if less, we refund it. Return shipping is covered by you unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lightcyan-armadillo-664890.hostingersite.com with your order number, a description, and photos, and tell us whether you’d like a replacement or refund. We’ll provide instructions and cover return shipping for confirmed issues.
